All orders subject to 8% PST and 5% GST.


Menu prices are based on a minimum of 100 guests.


We require a 20% deposit upon booking to secure your date.


The balance is due 5 business days prior to your event. 


Final guest numbers due two weeks prior to your event date.


We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa and MasterCard.


Rain dates are available with 48 hours notice for events under 1000 guests. 

 

Events over 1000 guest require 72 hours notice.


Tents are available at an extra cost however we require a minimum of 48 hours notice and availability is not guaranteed.


Weddings and Social events are subject to a 15% service charge.


Depending on the service required there may be additional staff hours incurred as well as additional staff required to meet your expectations. These will be charged accordingly.


A 100.00 event planning fee may be charged for onsite meetings outside of the GTA before a contract is signed, this will be credited should you place your order with The Red BBQ Co.

 

We cannot hold your event date until your deposit has been received.
